Incorporated in 1879, the Village of Mannsville is alongside US-Route 11 and located beside Interstate Highway 81 in the Town of Ellisburg in Jefferson County, New York. The Village has a population of 354 as of the 2010 census. The Municipal Building is shared with the Mannsville Free Library at 106-108 Lilac Park Drive. The Village is home to historic “Lilac Park”.
